Early Careers: Intern Conversion: CRB Graduate Development Program- Finance Analyst – New York – 2027 | WTW

The Tone:
This is a Graduate Development Program role at WTW, located in New York, NY. WTW is a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, with its Finance function serving a wide range of internal and external customers including colleagues, client organizations, shareholders, financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory agencies. This role is crucial for supporting the North America Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business by coordinating financial analytics, budgeting, and forecasting to help business leaders meet financial objectives and make key strategic decisions.

• Pay: $37.00hr – $40.00hr USD
• Team: Business Finance, supporting the North America Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business.
• Mission: Coordinate financial forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated financial analytics to support business leaders in meeting objectives and making key business decisions.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Analysis: Analyze revenue and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the business.
• Modeling: Develop financial models, such as T&E trending and Salary Modeling, to support organizational decision-making.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and consistent across the organization.
• Recommendations: Evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions and provide informed recommendations to management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, specializing in Finance, Accounting, or other Business Majors.
• Experience: Must have completed a Summer 2026 internship with WTW, with a graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, proficient in time management, and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or other AI/data analysis tools.
