LEAD Rotational Program Finance & Business Controlling | Henkel

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 24-month rotational program at Henkel, with required relocation to various U.S. corporate sites during the program. Henkel is a global organization, known for trusted brands like Persil, all, Loctite, Snuggle, and Schwarzkopf, alongside cutting-edge technologies. This program is designed to develop future business leaders who will shape the company’s path through innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. Participants will explore new career paths, advance their skills, and make a significant impact within the finance and business controlling functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead and deliver projects as defined by project charters and plans.
• Project Management: Drive the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Performance Reporting: Measure, track, and report on project performance and milestones.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating to the sponsor as needed.
• Team & Communication: Lead project teams, effectively delegate tasks, and ensure the execution of project communication plans.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related business major.
• Experience: At least one previous financial-based internship or other work experience. Must possess valid U.S. work authorization, as Henkel cannot provide visa sponsorship for this program.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership potential, a strong desire to become a future leader, and a forward-looking mindset that anticipates industry trends.
