• Team: Part of the GIFT Program, reporting to department supervisors and a GIFT Mentor during rotations.
• Mission: To develop recent college graduates into well-rounded employees and future leaders at PCA by providing comprehensive training across various departments of a corrugated box plant, leading to a Sales Representative role.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship: Work closely and communicate often with an assigned GIFT Mentor to reinforce program goals and stay on track.
• Rotational Learning: Participate in rotations through key departments including Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales, learning their interdependencies.
• Project Execution: Complete assignments and projects within each department under the guidance of the department supervisor.
• Process Improvement: Identify issues and areas for improvement, presenting findings and potential solutions to supervisors and mentors.
• Program Engagement: Attend and actively participate in GIFT program training conferences and collaborate on projects with other Corrugated Business Associates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree upon starting, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and May 2027 and be able to start the position between May 2027 and July 2027. Travel is required with valid travel documents.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills for networking, quick and concise decision-making, problem-solving, and a strong understanding of teamwork and open communication.
• Bonus: Completion of at least one Internship or Co-op, especially in an environment related to the GIFT position type.
