The Tone:
This is a rotational early talent program at ABB, requiring relocation across the U.S. ABB is a global market leader that helps industries operate leaner and cleaner, with an expectation of continuous progress. This role offers the opportunity to support business objectives, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the company’s strategic goals. Participants will develop go-to-market strategies, leadership skills, and product knowledge through a structured two-year program focused on sales and market development.

• Pay: $80000 yearly
• Team: Reports to Early Talent Lead, NAM
• Mission: To develop go-to-market strategy, leadership skills, and product knowledge through varied assignments within an ABB business group, contributing to business support and strategic objectives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
• Develop: Participate in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
• Complete: Deliver assigned tasks and projects within the assignment period.
• Network: Contribute to diverse social events and team activities to establish a broad network within ABB.
• Learn: Gain knowledge daily by performing tasks as directed by the program manager or corresponding leader.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Preferred experience in relevant internship or co-op roles.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Genuine interest in sales and technology with a desire to learn; Demonstrates a growth mindset; Open to relocation across the U.S. for each rotation; Must have valid U.S. work authorization and not require visa sponsorship from ABB at any point now or in the future.
