What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth understanding of business operations from a leadership perspective.
• Sales Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas’s products and services, actively building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Customer Solutions: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues that arise.
• Business Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and contribute to data-driven discussions to support informed business decisions.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with experienced leaders on diverse projects aimed at enhancing sales management and improving overall operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Experience: Possess an active driver’s license; no specific years of professional experience required, but prior co-op or internship experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong foundational understanding of business operations, developing leadership capabilities, effective customer relationship management, and basic analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Bonus: A business or otherwise related academic major; a leadership or management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
