What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Inventory Management: Manage a large inventory of nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships to drive growth and ensure loyalty.
• Customer Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Skill Cultivation: Cultivate expertise in sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology through ongoing training and mentorship.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level position requires a bachelor’s degree, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Experience: Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred to succeed in this role.
• Skills: Candidates must possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a results-oriented approach, attention to detail, and good time management skills. A valid driver’s license is required, with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck, and meet Department of Transportation driver qualification standards.
