• Mission: Lead the maintenance, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring ongoing compliance and operational effectiveness across multiple standards.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead IMS Maintenance and Improvement: Drive the maintenance, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), encompassing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001, to ensure ongoing compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct Internal Audits and CAPA Management: Plan, coordinate, and independently execute internal audits, managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), tracking nonconformities to closure, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation while leading improvement initiatives based on KPI analysis.
• Manage External Audit Relationships: Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies and external auditors, leading surveillance audits, recertification audits, customer audits, and special assessments to ensure successful audit outcomes and maintain certifications.
• Facilitate Key Management System Processes: Prepare and facilitate annual internal audits, management reviews, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.
• Manage Documentation, Training, and Risk: Oversee the lifecycle of management system documents, procedures, work instructions, and records, deliver system training and awareness programs, and identify, assess, and mitigate risks across quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and information security domains.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in management systems, quality assurance, compliance, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards and auditing methodologies, including Certification of ISO 9000.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good command of spoken Chinese.
• Bonus: Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.
