Enterprise Development Associate | Farm Credit Mid-America

This is a full-time role at Farm Credit Mid-America, working in a hybrid setting. Farm Credit Mid-America is a financial services cooperative dedicated to securing the future of rural communities and agriculture across Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee. The Enterprise Development Associate position is part of a 24-month rotational program designed to cultivate enterprise-ready professionals. This role enables meaningful contributions across diverse business functions, focusing on modernization, process improvement, and overall enterprise operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation Management: Complete multiple planned rotations over a 24‑month period, adapting quickly to new teams, tools, processes, and expectations.
• Work Delivery: Deliver substantive, accountable work in each rotation, producing measurable results tied to real business outcomes.
• Goal Execution: Execute business‑focused goals established for each rotation, using clear milestones and updates to demonstrate learning and impact.
• Enterprise Understanding: Build end‑to‑end enterprise understanding by learning how work moves across functions and how decisions affect risk, service, and performance.
• Task Completion: Complete assigned tasks accurately by following established processes, guidance, and quality standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in business operations, financial services, or a related professional setting is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with computer applications; strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
