This Operations Analyst position is crucial for providing project support to the Continuous Improvement team, gaining insight into how financial services operational business units function, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s mission to help members move their finances forward with care, compassion, and an empathetic touch.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs to identify areas for operational improvement within the Continuous Improvement team’s projects.
• Provide essential project support, which includes updating process documentation, efficiently scheduling necessary meetings, and conducting thorough data gathering and analysis.
• Create clear and comprehensive process maps and process flow diagrams to visualize current states and proposed future states of operations.
• Actively contribute to planning and designing new business processes, developing recommendations for enhancements, and evaluating the estimated costs and benefits of various potential actions and solutions.
• Perform detailed research and analysis in support of various operational initiatives, assisting in the resolution of business issues by effectively utilizing systems and relevant data, and helping to launch new company initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: The ideal candidate is a recent or soon-to-be college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Business-related major. This is an early career position, offering an opportunity to gain foundational experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular expertise in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Possesses a data-driven mindset coupled with practical knowledge of data analysis techniques.
• Skills: Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Maintains a high sense of urgency and exhibits the ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
