Market Operations Leadership Development Program – New Graduate | Carvana

The Tone:
This is an 18 to 24 month leadership development program at Carvana, leading to an operations leadership role in one of our last mile delivery locations, iconic car Vending Machines, or new car showrooms across the country. Carvana is a tech company that also sells cars, focusing on creating memorable customer experiences through its unique fulfillment operations. This program provides hands-on experience across the entire operation, from detailing to delivery, and is designed to launch new graduates into operations leadership roles, driving the company’s fast-growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Create memorable experiences for customers on the driveway or at state-of-the-art Car Vending Machines.
• System Application: Put Carvana’s AI and products to work daily, learning the systems that facilitate a car’s journey from a customer’s click to delivery.
• Operations Mastery: Learn how a world-class fulfillment operation moves cars, haulers, and people, building the skills necessary to lead such an operation.
• Vehicle Handling: Drive Carvana’s signature car hauler to deliver a curated experience, and engage hands-on with the operation from the detail bay to the driveway.
• Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills and credentials to unlock career opportunities in driving fast-growth operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree earned within the last three years. Entry-Level career experience, with an interest in customer-obsessed, tech-forward operations.
• Experience: Zero to three years of experience, drawn to complex, fast-growing operations and curious about how a real company runs end-to-end.
• Skills: Ability to learn and lead fulfillment operations; excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving; ability to perform physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, reaching, twisting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, squatting, and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling items up to 50lbs in various weather conditions.
