2026 Procurement Accelerated Development Program – Brecksville, OH | Sherwin-Williams

The Tone:
This is a full-time accelerated development program at Sherwin-Williams, located in Brecksville, OH. Sherwin-Williams is a company of over 50,000 employees that inspires and improves the world by coloring and protecting what matters through paints, coatings, and innovative solutions. This role is crucial as participants manage their own projects and tasks, contributing directly to the tactical and strategic objectives of the Global Supply Chain and Procurement teams. The program is designed to develop individuals into Procurement Sourcing Analysts within a 9–12-month assignment.

• Team: Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and Procurement Strategy & Enablement team, matched with a global procurement management team member.
• Mission: Assist the Procurement Strategy & Enablement team with day-to-day tasks and special projects to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Category Support: Provide support for multiple categories of raw material direct spend, including outside tolling activities.
• Departmental Maintenance: Assist with maintaining specific departmental components of procurement, such as inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, and information technology.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support procurement analytics initiatives, including cost modeling, market analysis, and preparing various reports on vendor lists, performance history, and price quotes.
• Working Capital Improvement: Drive analysis on purchasing opportunities to improve working capital through effective vendor terms management.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects by compiling and analyzing targeted data, reviewing and assessing processes or operations, and developing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business (finance/accounting/economics), operations/supply chain or operations from an accredited institution. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Must be willing to relocate for this position and upon completion of the program.
• Skills: Procurement support, data analysis, vendor management, report generation, and process assessment.
• Bonus: Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams or in a related field; experience working in a team-oriented setting; prior experience using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
