Partner Program Associate | OpenSesame
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at OpenSesame, located remotely anywhere in the United States. This service is relied upon by more than 2,000 companies, including 150+ of the Global 2000, to develop productive workforces. As Partner Program Associate, you will power the operational engine behind OpenSesame’s global Partner Program, ensuring efficient partner experiences and enabling Strategic Partner Managers to focus on growth. The role involves creating order from complexity, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for partners.

• Team: Partnerships team, reporting to the Partner Program & Operations Manager, working alongside Strategic Partner Managers.
• Mission: Own the operational efficiency of the Partner organization by supporting partner operations, maintaining high-quality data, coordinating enablement programs, administering recurring processes, and continuously improving underlying systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Operations Support: Help keep the Partner organization running efficiently by supporting partner operations, maintaining high-quality data, and ensuring a consistent experience.
• Program Coordination & Enablement: Coordinate partner onboarding activities, communications, and enablement programs across the partner ecosystem.
• Operational Process Administration: Administer recurring operational processes, including monthly Partner SPIFF administration and the OpenSesame Certified program.
• Reporting & Data Management: Prepare recurring partner reports and dashboards, and maintain accurate partner records across Salesforce and the PRM.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify work through automation, recommend process improvements, and streamline workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Background: Entry-Level career experience, demonstrating an enjoyment for solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and learning about how high-performing partner organizations operate.
• Experience: Proven examples from your career showing attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, eagerness to learn and use new software systems, and a drive to constantly improve.
• Skills: Practical experience with Salesforce Administration, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, and AI & Workflow Automation.
