What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Support the creation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety management programs, processes, and procedures.
• Lead: Manage small projects within the health and safety team, presenting results to a steering circle.
• Administer: Assist with program documentation, track action items, collect and analyze survey data, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Evaluate: Conduct audits, ergonomic assessments, inspections, and investigations to ensure safety compliance.
• Innovate: Research potential vendors and innovative technologies, and create communication plans and training programs for new initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Health Hygiene, Ergonomics, or Industrial Engineering. This is an entry-level role.
• Experience: Must be an enrolled student at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States, with at least 30 credit hours completed.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Preferred to have database skills.
