The Tone:
This is a Senior Associate role at New York Life Insurance Company, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office. • Mission: Mobilize, produce, and deliver large-scale brand and experience marketing programs by defining and facilitating the planning, sequencing, production, and delivery of integrated campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Plan and deliver brand and experience marketing programs, ensuring creative campaigns and assets are produced and delivered on time and within budget.
• Production Coordination: Manage production planning details across internal teams, creative agencies, production agencies, media teams, legal, procurement, finance, business affairs, and external vendors.
• Campaign Alignment: Partner with creative, brand, media, web, social, communications, and experiential teams to ensure campaign outputs align with approved creative strategy, brand standards, and launch plans across all channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional planning, governance, and decision-making, driving alignment on priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, budget impacts, and production tradeoffs.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain comprehensive production and program management artifacts, including integrated timelines, milestone roadmaps, status trackers, deliverable lists, and budget inputs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with core domain knowledge in marketing, creative, brand, and/or experience activations.
• Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with proven knowledge of creative and content production, including production operations, rights and usage management, talent and asset licensing, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Skills: Production and project management experience, strong collaboration and teamwork, self-starter and problem-solver, strong organization skills, and exceptional detail orientation.
• Bonus: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, familiarity with Adobe Workfront, and proven experience or willingness to learn and scale AI.
