AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth) | Trucker Path

The Tone:
This is an internship at Trucker Path, a company actively building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. This role sits at the very center of that mission, offering a high-intensity experience. You will work directly with AI-native Product Managers to construct products across the company’s load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms. Your contributions will be critical in defining how artificial intelligence empowers over 300,000 truck drivers to manage their businesses daily.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Core Product Development: Actively work on core AI product surfaces, encompassing critical areas like load discovery, efficient booking processes, streamlined user onboarding, and robust marketplace integrations.
• AI-Powered Product Acceleration: Employ AI tools to significantly accelerate every stage of product development, from initial research and data synthesis to crafting precise specifications, conducting thorough analysis, and driving rapid iteration cycles.
• Strategic Growth Experimentation: Support and independently manage growth experiments aimed at optimizing the complete carrier journey, focusing on enhancing activation rates, improving conversion metrics, and fostering long-term retention.
• Cross-Functional Product Launches: Collaborate extensively across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams to facilitate the successful development and launch of real-world products.
• Partner Product and Marketplace Expansion: Contribute to the development of partner-driven products, including solutions for fuel and parking, and support key integrations alongside broader marketplace expansion initiatives.
• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Be involved in building lightweight prototypes, meticulously defining product requirements, and assisting in the comprehensive, end-to-end process of shipping features to users.

• Background: Entry-level individuals aspiring to become top-tier Product Managers, characterized by an exceptional ability to solve complex problems and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
• Experience: Demonstrated capacity as AI-native operators, meaning you proficiently use AI tools to achieve faster execution and enhance critical thinking processes. Additionally, a strong interest in marketplaces, logistics, or developing products for real-world users is essential.
• Skills: Possess a strong ownership mindset, driving initiatives without waiting for explicit direction and creating momentum. You must also have the ability to operate effectively within ambiguous situations and move quickly to adapt to evolving requirements.
