What You’ll Actually Do
• Solutions Development: Develop tailored consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of world-class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads while also fostering existing customer relationships.
• Service Excellence: Ensure complete customer satisfaction for all customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing, for this entry-level management trainee role.
• Experience: Ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck, and meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements such as an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records requests.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, results orientation, keen attention to detail, and good time management skills are essential. A valid driver’s license is also required.
• Bonus: Prior internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
