The TL;DR

• Mission: This role is dedicated to meticulously managing the recording, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages, thereby ensuring residents receive their correspondence promptly and accurately and contributing to their overall satisfaction within the community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Mail and Package Processing: Systematically receive incoming mail and meticulously verify the successful receipt of all packages, ensuring that delivery requirements are precisely met before distribution.
• Resident Assistance: Provide direct, courteous support to residents regarding the collection of their packages, facilitating a smooth and efficient pick-up process.
• Precise Sorting and Distribution: Accurately sort all mail, carefully verifying addresses against resident records, and depositing items into the correct mailboxes to ensure proper delivery.
• Address Management and Forwarding: Conduct thorough research for any incorrectly addressed mail to ascertain proper delivery information and efficiently forward mail to alternate addresses when required by residents.
• Community Communication & Support: Distribute important company information to resident mailboxes as needed, obtain forwarding labels from residents for relocation purposes, and manage the distribution of keys to residents while maintaining a consistently professional and courteous attitude.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, providing a foundational understanding for administrative and resident support functions.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are outlined, but successful candidates will demonstrate a history of providing exceptional customer service and possess strong organizational capabilities.
• Skills: Meticulous attention to detail for accurate mail sorting and record-keeping, effective communication for assisting residents, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
• Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance. The physical capability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds is also essential for handling packages.
