Management Trainee – Benton Harbor | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee role at Enterprise Mobility, located in Benton Harbor, MI. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, aiming to make travel easier and more convenient for customers. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Begin learning the business from day one in our structured Management Training program, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Customer & Operational Leadership: Serve as both the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Branch Management & Growth: Master the knowledge and skills required to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Community & Business Development: Establish essential relationships within the community to build your own business and grow the Enterprise presence.
• Core Skill Development: Receive hands-on training and mentoring to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree; must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Experience: Minimum of one year (within the last 5 years) in sales (commission or goal-based), customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality), participation as a professional, semi-professional or collegiate athlete, or a leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years; no drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
