What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Rotate through various departments, immersing in business operations from a leadership viewpoint to understand the company’s functions.
• Sales Engagement: Participate in outside sales activities, promoting Cintas products and services while actively building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues that arise.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to assist in the decision-making process for various business operations and strategies.
• Project Collaboration: Work with key leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and improving operational efficiency across the business.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree, or expected to obtain one within six months.
• Experience: Not explicitly stated as years; focused on an active driver’s license for role mobility.
