Strategy & Execution Intern US | Sereact

The Tone:
This is an internship at Sereact, located in the US (with required on-site visits for the interview process). Sereact builds the intelligence that enables robots to sense, reason, and act in the real world, moving them beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. This technology closes automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. As a Strategy & Execution Intern, you will actively shape the company’s growth and expansion, ensuring key projects are implemented efficiently and building a solid foundation for future development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Plan and manage projects independently in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
• Process Improvement: Support various teams with core tasks and optimize processes to increase overall efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and prepare relevant reports and presentations.
• Strategic Initiative Support: Drive strategic initiatives forward by taking on cross-departmental tasks within a transforming company.

• Background: Entry-Level role. Seeking individuals who work independently, take responsibility, and are genuine team players.
• Experience: No specific years required. Must demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, finding solutions, and adapting quickly to new topics.
