This is a full-time graduate talent program at UBS, located in the NY/NJ area. • Team: Group Internal Consulting (GIC), UBS’s in-house consultancy, which partners with divisions and functions across the entire firm.
• Mission: To deliver critical change and transformation initiatives for UBS, leveraging consulting expertise, proven methodologies, and a cross-functional perspective to help the firm achieve its strategic objectives and respond effectively to an evolving business environment, where strategy meets execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Work as a core member of a GIC engagement team, providing support for the successful delivery of critical change initiatives at scale across UBS.
• Diverse Exposure: Gain broad exposure to multiple clients and varied problem statements, avoiding specialization in a single, narrow area.
• Solution Development: Help structure complex business challenges, develop actionable and effective solutions, and support their execution across various transformation and change initiatives.
• Skill Building: Build valuable consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through direct, hands-on project work combined with targeted training opportunities.
• Professional Development: Develop confidence and adaptability when working in ambiguous, high-impact business environments, and participate in one or several rotations throughout the 24-month program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidate, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, who will have fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a project-based environment.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a high level of motivation to thrive in a demanding business environment with tight deadlines. Must also align with UBS values of being hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Bonus: Proven ability to evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency in a professional context.
