What You’ll Actually Do
• Advisory Service Support: Support the delivery and development of advisory services to clients, with a primary focus on projects, programs, or portfolio management.
• Artifact Development: Support the development and maintenance of program and project charters, schedules, management plans, risk management plans, and other supporting artifacts.
• Reporting and Communication: Support regular reporting and communication efforts for both client and KPMG leadership, adhering to established quality and performance standards.
• Strategy Support: Support teams in conceptualizing and determining effective communications and training strategies to meet their goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Support the development of communications and training products that facilitate transformation goals and objectives, and promote the adoption of new technologies or processes.
• Presentation Design: Develop content for and design various communication materials, including PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, and status reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Applicant must be pursuing, or have obtained within the past 12 months, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, Organizational Psychology, Operations, Management, Information Systems, Strategy, Political Science, Government, Human Factors/Human Centered Design, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Applicant must have a current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above and must be eligible for or possess a U.S. Government Security clearance.
• Skills: Strong technical, business acumen, critical thinking, and agility skills are required, coupled with communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities to apply professional judgment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
