IT & Enterprise Transformation Programs Consultant Intern | KPMG
The Tone:
This is a full-time end-of-study internship at KPMG, located in La Défense, Tour EQHO (France, Île-de-France), offered in a hybrid work mode. KPMG stands as the premier multidisciplinary firm in France and is recognized as a top employer in the audit and consulting sector, providing Audit, Consulting, Legal & Tax services. This role is crucial for supporting clients, ranging from CAC 40 companies to ETIs, in navigating their strategic IT and business transformation projects, ensuring successful modernization and objective attainment.

• Team: Within the Consulting & Tech Practice, the Programs team. Reports to a manager.
• Mission: To support clients in the successful execution of their strategic IT and business transformation programs.
• Tech Stack: Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Governance: Define and implement program and project governance structures.
• Project Management: Participate in project framing, including scope, planning, and cost definition, and pilot solution implementation.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Define and create key dashboards to track the progress of programs and projects.
• Meetings: Prepare and lead program and project steering instances, such as Steerco, COPIL, and COPROJ.
• Development: Contribute to the development of our service offerings and to technological watch activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year student of a Business or Engineering School, seeking an end-of-study internship in a consulting firm.
• Experience: Seeking a 6-month end-of-study internship.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and synthesis qualities, good command of Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint), good command of English.
• Bonus: Ideally, a first internship or apprenticeship experience in project management or digital transformation.
