• Team: Reports to OGC Operations Manager & PMO, collaborating with Sales, proposal, engineering, Project management, Field Service, and OPC teams.
• Mission: Make the US Sales and Operations more competitive using low-cost operations centers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Global Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of low-cost engineering and operational tasks performed in India, Argentina, and the Czech Republic, directly supporting the competitiveness of US Sales and Operations.
• Resource Development & Planning: Develop necessary skills for current and future project needs, providing career opportunities for OPC resources through challenging work and training, and overseeing long-term OPC resource strategy.
• Performance & Growth Driving: Track, validate, and report performance metrics to various management levels, while serving as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and all global Operations Centers to drive content growth and efficiency.
• Project Coordination & Allocation: Coordinate with U.S. managers to plan, schedule, and assign work, set priorities, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and optimize resource allocation for changing workloads.
• Quality & Financial Management: Resolve conflicts and address quality issues between U.S. and OPC teams, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, and managing the OPC cost center, including budgeting and utilization targets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
• Experience: 10+ years of project execution experience, including extensive leadership of cross-functional teams in multicultural and globally distributed environments.
• Skills: Project execution, global team management, resource planning and optimization, performance metric tracking, conflict resolution, quality improvement, and budget oversight.
• Bonus: Preferred experience in engineering, management, project management, and service within industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation, and Water.
