What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Coordinate event and program execution across multiple departments, aligning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build: Create and maintain event builds, registration workflows, participant communications, and reporting tools in Cvent for assigned programs.
• Manage: Oversee attendee registration activity, monitor participation data, and handle communications before and after events to support a strong participant experience.
• Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, academic stakeholders, faculty support groups, and internal operational teams to advance program goals.
• Report: Track budgets, process invoices, maintain financial records, and prepare program-level reports on expenses and performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional to support enterprise-wide educational and operational programs, bringing expertise in event coordination and operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cvent for event setup, registration management, communications, and system reporting; proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; background in budget oversight, invoice handling, and financial tracking for programs or events; experience supporting educational events, training programs, or similar structured learning initiatives.
• Skills: Strong Cvent expertise; financial and performance reporting skills; ability to manage several priorities at once; skill in developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; strong organizational skills with careful attention to documentation, scheduling, and process accuracy.
