Strategy Manager | Homeaglow
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Homeaglow, located remotely. Homeaglow is a start-up technology company that offers cleaning services via a platform-based booking system, with a mission to create better lives by being the most efficient platform for home services. As the largest home cleaning provider in the US, servicing 50 markets with approximately 15,000 cleaning jobs worked per week, the company has been operating profitably and growing since 2016. This role is crucial for the Strategy & Analytics team, bringing in top analytical talent to systematically improve customer and service provider experience and increase the efficiency of the Operations organization.

• Team: Strategy & Analytics team, working with Operations, Product, and Finance stakeholders, reporting to COO and Homeaglow management.
• Mission: This person solves for systematically improving the customer and service provider experience and increasing the efficiency of the Operations organization through data-driven projects.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel
What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Design: Design and implement experiments to stand-up new Operations motions that drive company value.
• End-to-End Execution: Work end-to-end on projects, from building playbooks and training agent teams to reporting on statistical significance and ROI.
• Reporting Development: Partner with data analysts to build out KPI reporting for new and existing Operations motions using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Management Reporting: Own weekly reporting to the COO and other Homeaglow management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 1-3 years of experience in a technology or consulting company, with a top-tier university degree in a quantitative field (engineering, business/economics, mathematics).
• Experience: Proven experience driving projects independently, from conception to reporting.
• Skills: Expertise in pulling data using SQL, comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with basic statistics and experimental set-up, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, and an ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments.
