What You’ll Actually Do
• Manages store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate execution and operational readiness while maintaining security.
• Coordinates with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience.
• Plans and executes daily/weekly zone workload, assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, and sales goals.
• Supports the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and expense control to ensure effective and profitable store operations.
• Trains, coaches, and monitors team members, using daily interactions to communicate topics that support the customer experience, and participates in all freight processes including stocking.

• Background: High School Diploma/Equivalent; core understanding of store operations, sales culture, and compliance.
