Shift Leaders are essential, hands-on leaders who establish the operational tone for each shift. The role involves working alongside team members to ensure every guest has an impressive experience, directly contributing to the restaurant’s daily success and upholding brand reputation.

The TL;DR
• Location: In-person, restaurant location
• Pay: Starts at $16.00/hour + Tips + Bonus
• Team: Leads crew members and operates under the direction of restaurant management.
• Mission: Ensures smooth shift operations, a great guest experience, and upholds brand standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Shifts: Run daily restaurant operations and oversee the team when management is not present.
• Support Operations: Work hands-on in every station, including cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room.
• Ensure Service Quality: Deliver accurate and fast service to create a great guest experience for every customer.
• Develop Team: Coach, support, and motivate crew members, assisting with training new hires to build a strong culture.
• Maintain Standards: Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards, while managing cash handling and closing reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Experience: Leadership experience is preferred within a customer service or food service environment.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to make decisions under pressure, basic mathematical proficiency, and comfort using POS systems.
• Bonus: Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) is preferred.
