What You’ll Actually Do
• Shift Leadership: Lead shift operations and manage the restaurant in the absence of on-site management.
• Hands-On Operations: Actively work across all restaurant positions, including cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room, as needed.
• Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of fast, accurate service and consistently create a positive experience for every guest.
• Team Development: Coach, support, and motivate crew members to achieve their best performance and assist in the training of new team members.
• Operational Management: Manage daily shift tasks such as breaks, cash handling procedures, and completing closing reports, while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and brand standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting, with a preference for demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors, with specific leadership experience being a preferred qualification.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, the capacity to remain calm and make effective decisions in a busy environment, basic mathematical proficiency, and comfort using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Bonus: Food safety certification, such as ServSafe, is preferred for this role.
