Warehouse Manager | Amerita, Inc
The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Amerita, Inc, located in Centennial, Colorado. Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital. This role is vital for providing leadership support to the warehouse team, ensuring all medical equipment and supplies are accurately packed, prepared, stocked, and maintained for timely and safe distribution to Amerita’s patients. This position is crucial in supporting Amerita’s mission to combine administrative efficiencies with the responsiveness of a local provider.

• Team: Reports to the General Manager, supervises five to ten warehouse employees.
• Mission: Owns the efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations, including equipment and supply distribution, inventory, and team leadership, to ensure timely and safe delivery to patients.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced warehouse personnel, offering on-the-job training and development for job duties and responsibilities.
• Operations: Lead and assist in the packing, preparation, loading, unloading, stocking, and inventory of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients.
• Documentation: Ensure delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms, and packaging slips are completed accurately, and report inventory levels to the Branch Manager.
• Maintenance: Oversee the proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of infusion pumps, devices, and other medical equipment, acting as a back-up driver when needed.
• Management: Handle daily and ongoing management responsibilities including staffing (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention), time off requests, timecard approvals, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for the warehouse team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; core domain knowledge in warehouse management or distribution inventory management, preferably in home infusion.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse management or distribution inventory management.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills, thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures, good analytical skills, and ability to supervise five to ten warehouse employees.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree or some college preferred; experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management, purchasing, pharmaceuticals, and supplies; certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy.
