Construction Administrator | CP Engineers

The Tone:
This is a hybrid role at CP Engineers, with remote work flexibility available after an initial training period and subject to supervisor approval. CP Engineers delivers innovative solutions in site/civil, water/wastewater, municipal, MEP, and construction management and administration services for a diverse client base. As a Construction Administrator, you will play an essential role in the team by ensuring data is accurately and efficiently managed, directly supporting construction administration workflows across active projects. What You’ll Actually Do
Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and consistently maintain comprehensive project data within company systems and various platforms.
Information Verification: Diligently review and verify all project-related information to ensure both accuracy and completeness.
Record Management: Manage high-volume data entry and tracking across multiple projects, maintaining detailed Excel spreadsheets, logs, and project records.
Workflow Support: Provide crucial support for construction administration processes, handling tasks such as contractor invoices, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
Data Validation & Communication: Coordinate effectively with field inspectors to validate and update project information, and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members promptly.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role requiring a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Prior administrative or data entry experience is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must also maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical behavior.
• Bonus: Experience with industry-specific platforms like Procore, data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI, automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, or API integrations.
