Project Manager | Pro-Pave, Inc.
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, full-time role at Pro-Pave, Inc., with an in-person presence. Pro-Pave, Inc. specializes in providing road construction, paving, and concrete solutions for a variety of clients including Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations, and Commercial/Retail Managers. This role is critical as it involves managing the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and bidding through to final billing and closeout, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client and subcontractor relationships. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic to develop key project management skills within a construction environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage construction projects comprehensively, overseeing all stages from the initial bidding phase through to final project closeout and billing.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids for a range of construction projects.
• Quote Generation: Generate accurate quotes specifically tailored for Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations, and Commercial/Retail Managers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors to manage project schedules, resolve issues, and address any change orders promptly.
• Business Development & Training: Identify and pursue potential sales leads and new business opportunities, while also participating in required industry training and assisting with corporate marketing initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Experience: Prior experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred, but not required. This role requires travel to job sites and working directly with contractors.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the capability to work within multiple computer systems.
• Bonus: An associate degree is a plus.
