• Mission: Perform routine analytical testing and assist with method qualification and validation to support pharmaceutical and biotech laboratory operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Testing: Prepare samples and perform routine analytical testing according to established procedures.
• Operations: Operate HPLC and UPLC systems following established operational guidelines.
• Documentation: Analyze and accurately document results using electronic laboratory notebooks and designated software tools.
• Validation: Assist with method qualification and validation activities to ensure analytical robustness.
• Maintenance: Maintain laboratory records in strict accordance with company procedures and quality guidelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on laboratory, analytical, or pharmaceutical experience.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, or other analytical techniques; Strong attention to detail and documentation skills; Good communication and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
