• Mission: Drive platform growth by overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from initial customer feedback and prototyping to coordinating development and ensuring continuous product improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Feedback: Systematically collect and prioritize customer feedback to ensure product development is directly responsive to user needs and market demands.
• Product Design: Lead the prototyping phase for new features and functionalities, translating user insights into tangible product concepts.
• Development Oversight: Coordinate effectively with both design and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product’s build and iteration cycles.
• Continuous Enhancement: Implement and drive continuous product improvements, consistently seeking ways to refine and elevate the platform’s performance and user experience.
• Cross-functional Engagement: Actively participate across core business functions, including sales discussions, in-depth product discovery sessions, and customer success initiatives, integrating product strategy with broader company goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entrepreneurial student or early career individual eager to join a startup, passionate about building products, and comfortable operating within an evolving, uncertain environment. Must be willing to relocate to New York City.
• Experience: Proven ability to take ownership of initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be available for a 6-month commitment starting from March.
