The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mondelēz International, located in LaGrange, GA. Mondelēz International is a global snacking company, home to world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, and belVita. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring that these beloved snack brands are highly visible, well-stocked, and effectively promoted in retail stores, fostering strong relationships with in-store teams and optimizing sales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Representation: Represent Mondelēz International to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility.
• Merchandising Execution: Stock store shelves, maintain displays, and construct promotional displays by following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing display pictures.
• Inventory Management: Order product for shelves and displays using an iPad Tablet to ensure continuous in-stock conditions for leading brands.
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor adherence to sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers and report any discrepancies to the Mondelēz management team.
• Sales Optimization: Drive seasonal sales, implement seasonal displays, and support the successful launch of new products.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude. Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Bonus: Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Must live within a 25-35 mile range of LaGrange, GA, and have open schedule availability.
