This role is crucial for ensuring that world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, and belVita are highly visible, well-stocked, and effectively promoted in stores, directly contributing to product availability and consumer satisfaction.

• Mission: This person ensures optimal visibility, stocking, and promotional display of Mondelēz products in assigned retail stores through in-store execution and order writing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize the visibility and placement of Mondelēz products on shelves and in promotional displays.
• Merchandising Execution: Implement Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including stocking store shelves, constructing new displays, maintaining existing displays, and ensuring leading Nabisco brands are well-represented according to company guidelines.
• Inventory & Ordering: Utilize an iPad Tablet to accurately order products for both shelf placement and display setups, ensuring continuous in-stock conditions for all assigned accounts.
• Compliance and Reporting: Monitor the adherence to sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers, capturing pictures of displays, and promptly communicating any deviations or issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Market Optimization: Execute strategies to enhance seasonal sales, implement seasonal displays, and support the successful launch of new products, all while following a daily schedule for efficient in-store service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should possess a positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude, coupled with the ability to work effectively and independently within retail environments.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are strictly required. The role is suitable for individuals who are self-starters and capable of independent work.
• Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence and have the ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs to move products from stock rooms to sales floors.
• Bonus: Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Candidates should reside within a 25-35 mile radius of Gainesville, GA, or the secondary locations of Buford, GA, and Flowery Branch, GA. Availability to work on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays is also required.
