What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Work with other associates to build a strong bakery team and be flexible to the needs of the business, supporting other areas as required.
• Prepare: Produce bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, and ensuring food safety standards.
• Utilize Technology: Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the member shopping experience, and make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the work area according to company policies, upholding quality and date control for bakery items, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Promote Service: Act as an ambassador for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and products, valuing the member’s experience, and executing basics with excellence.

• Background: Others. Possesses a knack for organization, following recipes, and assisting people. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Recipe following, organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving, customer service, operating baking equipment, maintaining cleanliness, adapting to new tools.
