The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Bristol, VA
• Pay: $17–$25 hourly
• Mission: Ensure members can easily find and purchase products by maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and providing direct assistance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Member Service: Assist members with product location, purchasing decisions, and issue resolution, acting as a guide.
• Process Inventory: Promptly unload trucks, sort, and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Maintain Club Presentation: Organize merchandise, set up displays, and ensure areas are clean, neat, and ready for members.
• Ensure Operational Safety: Conduct safety sweeps, manage hazardous materials, and correct or report unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Orders: Efficiently pick and stage products for club pick-up orders according to company procedures.

• Background: This is an entry-level position within retail operations, focused on inventory management and member interaction.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but the role involves direct member service, product handling, and problem-solving within a retail setting.
