This Project Management Intern position is crucial for supporting the operational efficiency of client and internal marketing projects, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery within a collaborative environment that builds marketing which propels client success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Assist in maintaining projects and employees within the agency’s time tracking system and staff resource allocation system.
• Support: Assist team members in creating and managing various client projects from inception to completion.
• Participate: Attend internal client team meetings, contributing as needed to project discussions and planning.
• Optimize: Assist in maintaining processes designed to optimize workflow and ensure the timely delivery of projects to clients.
• Contribute: Provide support for internal department projects as they arise, aiding in their successful completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student interested in project management within marketing, possessing baseline knowledge of key digital marketing tactics including search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics, and measurement.
• Experience: Practical experience utilizing the Chicago Manual of Writing Style for formal written communication.
• Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks; demonstrating excellent communication abilities across in-person, phone, and email interactions, with a particular emphasis on formal writing; proven capacity to think proactively, take initiative independently, and work autonomously to achieve project goals.
