This internship offers hands-on experience in product research, requirement analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, where you will work closely with product managers and engineers to help define, build, and refine new products that deliver real customer value.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze product requirements by collecting insights from internal teams and direct user feedback.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Assist across the product lifecycle, including activities such as planning, creating documentation, conducting testing, and meticulously tracking user feedback.
• Market Research & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive competitive research to understand market positioning and prepare detailed reports on product performance metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure all product milestones are delivered on schedule and align with strategic goals.
• Product Communication & Validation: Help prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations, alongside performing data analysis to validate new features and improvements.
• Product Improvement: Actively contribute creative ideas and insights aimed at enhancing product usability and improving the overall user experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required for this internship. Candidates must be based in East New York/New Jersey and available to work on-site.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for technology, product development, and new ideas; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, or Notion.
