What You’ll Actually Do
• Remote Work: Build and manage your career entirely remotely, leveraging a flexible schedule to balance work and personal life.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with individuals who have actively requested information about financial protection.
• Financial Guidance: Guide families through available financial protection options, helping them understand choices relevant to their specific needs.
• System Adherence: Consistently follow a proven, step-by-step system designed to ensure efficiency and success in client interactions.
• Professional Development: Participate actively in comprehensive ongoing coaching and mentorship programs to continuously improve skills and performance.
• Income Generation: Develop and sustain a long-term, commission-based income stream with uncapped potential, with many agents starting part-time and growing into full-time earnings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is a mandatory requirement for this role. This is an entry-level opportunity, and no prior experience is necessary to succeed.
• Experience: While no specific prior experience is required, individuals comfortable with talking to people, capable of handling rejection, and adept at working independently will adapt quickly to the system.
• Skills: Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, a self-motivated drive to achieve goals, a coachable attitude open to learning, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to operate effectively in an independent work environment.
• Bonus: Previous experience in fields such as door-to-door sales, canvassing, solar sales, roofing sales, pest control sales, fundraising, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is considered advantageous.
