What You’ll Actually Do
• Welcome Guests: Greet guests warmly, establishing personalized and authentic connections upon entry into the restaurant.
• Manage Takeout Process: Oversee the entire takeout operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from order placement to pickup.
• Process Orders: Accurately take and input guest orders, paying close attention to detail for correctness and guest satisfaction.
• Handle Payments: Securely manage all payment transactions, ensuring a seamless and positive checkout experience for every guest.
• Create Legendary Experiences: Actively contribute to a memorable guest experience through friendly service and efficient task execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age, or higher per applicable local laws. A foundational understanding of guest service principles is required.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; however, applicants should demonstrate the ability to foster moments worth sharing and possess strong organizational skills to manage guest interactions effectively.
• Skills: Exceptional time management, keen attention to detail, and outstanding guest service skills.
• Bonus: While an interest in sports is welcome, it is not a prerequisite for this role; applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
