Job Description:

We are actively seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our expanding team. Positions are available across our clinics in Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Capability to provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy, and professional standards of care.
• Proficiency in instructing family members, PTA’s, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Metro’s partnership with Touro University presents a unique opportunity to pursue your Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency while working full-time. The program spans 12-18 months, and Metro covers the entire cost.
