What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes, covering a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Skill Development: Actively participate in the ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program, receiving in-depth paid training and utilizing simulation labs to grow clinical skills.
• Documentation: Accurately and efficiently chart patient information and care provided using the Cubhub electronic charting system.
• Professional Growth: Leverage around-the-clock clinical support and mentorship from Clinical Managers to build comfort and confidence in your nursing practice.
• Scheduling: Manage your work schedule with flexibility, aligning with your availability while meeting patient care needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career Registered Nurse with a current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Experience: Recent graduation from a qualified nursing program; no prior RN experience required for this new graduate residency.
• Skills: Current CPR certification, fundamental clinical nursing skills, and the ability to utilize electronic charting systems.
