Entry Level Behavior Technician | ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Therapy Provision: Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center-based or in-home settings.
• Behavior Reinforcement: Apply techniques from the training program to reinforce positive behaviors in clients.
• Progress Tracking: Document client progress and behavior using a company-issued iPad and dedicated data systems.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with clients’ families and supervisors to contribute to each child’s developmental growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, though experience working with children in roles such as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer is beneficial.
• Skills: Demonstrated patience and empathy, strong communication abilities for interactions with both children and caregivers, sound judgment in various situations, comfort using tablet-based technology, and a commitment to completing the paid virtual RBT training program provided by ACES.
• Bonus: A $500 Sign-On Bonus is available for those with an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or a 40-hour certification in ABA. Access to reliable transportation is needed, with the candidate listed as an insured driver preferred, and an Arizona Driver’s License is required (with exceptions for active-duty military and college students).
