Entry Level Junior Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a creative and versatile part-time Entry Level Junior Graphic Design Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for an upcoming graduate ready to translate concepts into high-impact visuals across both digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and digital assets crucial for mission-critical projects, working closely with senior designers and stakeholders to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Production: Create compelling visuals for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Illustration: Utilize digital drawing tools (e.g., Krita, FireAlpaca, IbisPaint) to produce custom graphics and assets.
  • 3D Assets: Assist in the creation or refinement of 3D models and renders using Blender.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media.
  • Create 2D animations and interactive content to enhance presentations and training materials.
  • Maintain stringent brand consistency across all visual products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to visualize data and complex systems effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines within a secure environment.

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance. Note: US citizenship is a mandatory requirement for maintaining a Secret clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Graphic Design with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.
  • Software Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Digital Illustration: High proficiency in drawing programs such as Krita, Medibang, or FireAlpaca.
  • 3D Skills: Foundational experience in Blender for modeling or rendering.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of visual trends and technical requirements (sizing, formats) for modern social platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and creative problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Details:

US: $26.44 Hourly
