What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and procedural efficiency.
• Operatory Management: Set up operatories with necessary instruments and materials, then efficiently break them down post-treatment.
• Infection Control: Manage all aspects of infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a sterile environment.
• Administrative Support: Support doctors with patient charting and perform various essential office tasks as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the dental team to ensure the provision of exceptional patient care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required for this early career role, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Experience: The ability to obtain required radiology and safety certification within the necessary timeframe for the state of practice.
