About the Job – Entry-Level Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. We provide the necessary support and training for your success, regardless of your current expertise. We are dedicated to internal promotion, allowing you to advance your career and enrich your life. You can contribute to your community one smile at a time by:
- Assisting during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Setting up and breaking down operatory post-treatment.
- Managing infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Supporting patient charting for Doctors.
- Performing various office tasks as necessary.
- Collaborating with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
