The Tone:
This is an entry-level position at Raising Cane’s, offering significant growth opportunities from the back of the house. The company is dedicated to preparing and serving high-quality chicken finger meals in a fun and active kitchen environment where music is enjoyed. This role is crucial for setting the Restaurant’s pace by ensuring all food consistently meets our high standards, laying the foundation for career advancement within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure Food Quality: Consistently uphold Raising Cane’s high standards for all prepared food items.
• Meal Preparation: Efficiently prepare high-quality chicken finger meals, contributing to a fun and active kitchen environment.
• Customer Service: Provide quick and friendly service to all customers, taking orders and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Perform regular cleaning of tables, floors, and other restaurant areas to ensure a sanitary dining and working environment.
• Team Collaboration & Safety: Work effectively with other Crewmembers, assisting in tasks and assignments, while strictly following proper safety procedures for food handling and preparation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career position, welcoming individuals 16 years of age or older. Candidates from various service-oriented roles such as customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: No prior Restaurant experience is required, as this is an entry-level opportunity. Both entry-level and experienced Cooks are immediately being hired, with comprehensive paid training provided to prepare every new Restaurant Cook for career growth.
• Skills: A dedicated team player and excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Possess a happy, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor, coupled with an authentic and genuine approach to service. Demonstrate hard work, attentiveness, responsibility, dependability (including punctuality for scheduled shifts), and the ability to multitask effectively. Take initiative and consistently take pride in delivering quality work, aligning with Raising Cane’s culture of balancing hard work and having fun.
