Restaurant Crewmember | Raising Cane’s
The Tone:
This is an early career position at Raising Cane’s, located at one of our local restaurants. Raising Cane’s is a quick-service restaurant company focused on serving high-quality chicken finger meals and delivering an excellent customer experience. As a Restaurant Crewmember, you are essential to our team, contributing to a fun, hardworking environment, ensuring smooth operations, and providing outstanding service to our customers. This role is a vital part of delivering the Raising Cane’s experience to the community.
The TL;DR

• Type: Flexible Shifts (opening, closing, and in-between)
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $15.00–$16.50 hourly
• Mission: Provide quick and friendly service to all customers while working hard and having fun as part of a cohesive team.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Restaurant Maintenance: Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Customer Service: Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently and courteously.
• Food Safety: Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food items.
• Team Collaboration: Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in tasks to ensure continuity of service.
• Punctuality: Show up to scheduled shifts on time consistently to support operational needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, no previous restaurant experience required. Applicants with backgrounds as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or other service-oriented roles are welcome.
• Experience: No experience is required for this entry-level position; paid training is provided to help new Crewmembers grow.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multitask, strong teamwork, dependable and responsible, takes initiative, able to work under pressure and at a fast pace, and committed to providing quick and friendly service.
