What You’ll Actually Do
• Eligibility Determination: Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for various assistance programs.
• Client Interaction: Conduct interviews with clients both in person and by telephone to gather necessary information.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed summaries of client information and eligibility findings.
• Service Delivery: Perform other related tasks to ensure efficient service delivery for clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree, OR a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least four years of customer service experience is required if holding a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Eligibility assessment, information gathering, and report preparation.
• Bonus: A personable and approachable demeanor, strong compassion and empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
