About the Role

As a Nas Production Coordinator for our Nassal office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of production workflows. You will be instrumental in bridging communication between various departments, managing project documentation, and identifying potential risks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Order Review: Thoroughly review work order documents for assigned department(s) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work.
  • Scope Validation & Budget Confirmation: Collaborate with respective department head(s) to clarify the scope, validate the provided budget, and confirm the requested timeline for completion.
  • Contract & PO Drafting: Prepare relevant subcontract documents and purchase order agreements for vendors.
  • Inventory Management: Create and maintain a detailed list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system and provide necessary tags to foremen.
  • Production Scheduling: Provide department head(s) with a sequenced two-week lookahead schedule for all active work orders within their respective department(s).
  • Unit Tracking: Identify and determine trackable production units specific to the scope of work being performed.
  • Clarification & Design Communication:
    • Transmit scope-related questions requiring clarification to project teams via Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Transmit proposed redlines to the design department through the project team.
  • Closeout Documentation: Organize and disseminate respective closeout documentation to project teams at the end of a project, and ensure proper documentation for historical reference.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks associated with project scopes and/or the overall project.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize personal workload effectively.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven critical thinking skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of fabrication drawings and specifications, project health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, quality requirements, and other relevant discipline-specific standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project Scheduling: Basic understanding of project schedules and the ability to identify the critical path.
  • Cost Management: Awareness of cost and change management principles.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
